Hug a bacontrepreneur

I had dinner at Flying Fish, one of the best seafood restaurants in Seattle. There were about 6 or 7 people in our party, including a friend of mine from college and some of his coworkers at a technology company in the Bay Area. All very positive reviews at the table, including the waiter who thought it would be great on scallops (it was).

After trying Bacon Salt (just Original), one of the coworkers – a woman named Carrie – had the response of the night:

“You don’t understand, I love bacon. This is something I will definitely buy. Thank you for inventing it – can I just hug you?”
