Here's a great recipe that adds the great taste of bacon to pico de gallo to create something altogether different and delicious.
Bacon de Gallo Salsa
8 whole fresh tomatoes, diced
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup minced cilantro
1 clove minced garlic
1 whole lime, juice of
Jalapeno Bacon Salt (to taste)
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Let stand in refrigerator for 1-2 hours for maximum flavor. Enjoy as a dip or addition to your favorite foods.
