The Bacon Wife's been making this for awhile, and I thought it would be great to share it.If you've ever tried the grueling process of wrapping shrimp in bacon and barbecuing them, you'll thank us for this recipe.
Garlic Baconnaise Shrimp
- 20-30 peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1/3 cup Baconnaise
- 3-4 cloves of chopped garlic
- Salt (or Bacon Salt) to taste
Add garlic, shrimp, Baconnaise and salt to taste, and let marinate refrigerated overnight. Put the shrimp in a grilling basket or on skewers and grill for 1-2 minutes per side over medium-high heat. You can also pan fry this as well.
