Bacon Salt Recipe: Easy Breakfast Muffins

This is a REALLY easy way to make a delicious breakfast, and is now a huge favorite at our house.

Easy Breakfast Muffins

  • 4 eggs, scrambled
  • Any flavor Bacon Salt (we like Peppered)
  • 1/8 cup parmesan cheese – shredded or grated
  • 4 English muffins
  • Butter or margerine

Mix Bacon Salt with eggs. Heat a greased, non stick frying pan to medium heat. Keep the eggs together vs. separating them as they cook. Then split in two halves, add the parmesan and a little more Bacon Salt and then fold over each in the pan – almost like two omelets. Toast the English muffins, add a small amount of butter to each side, then place the eggs in between the two halves of the English muffins. Enjoy!
