For many, Memorial Day is the official start of grilling season. Here's a great recipe to get you started:
Grilled Pork Chops with Bacon Sauce
1 cup Baconnaise®
2 tbsp lime juice
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp ground chipotle pepper
8 pork chops, about 1/2" thick
2 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then cover the pork chops in about 1/2 of the mixture. Let the pork chops sit in the mixture at room temperature for approximately 1/2 hour. Prepare a very hot grill, and grill the pork chops until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C), basting frequently with about 1/2 of the remaining sauce. Serve the pork chops with the rest of the sauce.
