Bacon Salt Recipe: Billionaire's Bacon

MillionairesbaconThis is a variation on something called Millionaire's Bacon, which is brown sugar and bacon. With the peppery kick of Peppered Bacon Salt added, we think this takes the next logical step to become Billionaire's Bacon.

Billionaire's Bacon

Preheat an oven to 350 deg.

Arrange 2 lbs of thick cut bacon on a sheet pan

Sprinkle with brown sugar and Peppered Bacon Salt

Roast until done

Eat….
