Ribs and a roast injected with Bacon Salt. He said he's had a side catering business for nine years, and has never had his meat come out this well. We immediately gave him more Bacon Salt to experiment with, and we can't wait for our next delivery.

I have been using Baconsalt on my ribs for a few bbqs with great results. Adding bacon flavour to pork is making good stuff better
