If you live in, are visiting, or are anywhere near Seattle, there's a new sherriff in town when it comes to getting a great burger. It's a place called Lunchbox Laboratory (see their Yelp listing and more reviews here).
I'm not just saying this because they have Bacon Salt on the tables and will liberally use Bacon Salt on their burgers, fries, tater tots or sweet potato fries at your request - although one could argue this is just another demonstration of how much love they have for their customers. I'm saying this because they serve burgers with 10 different kinds of meat options; 16 different cheeses; and 19 different sauces. Clearly, it's all about options - and as I can personally attest, the options are unreal.
I had the prime rib burger myself, served with a side of Hickory Bacon Salt flavored tater tots. It was thick, juicy, and served on a deliciously toasted, house made bun. I was born and raised in burger country - Chicago - and their prime rib burger stands up to even the best of the great Midwestern burgers you'll find. You can also get a kielbasa burger, a "Dork" (ground duck and pork), or a shrimp burger. There are even options like falafel burgers for vegetarians.
Get thee to Lunchbox Laboratory - you won't be disappointed!
