If you like doing things at the last minute like I do - I still haven't made it to the store yet - this would be a great Super Bowl party appetizer and was submitted by our old friend Aaron (who's been MIA lately - come back home Aaron!).
- 8 large jalapenos
- 1 package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 heaping tsp BaconSalt (peppered or original)
Split the
jalapenos in half and remove the seeds.
Mix cream
cheese and cheddar.
Add garlic and
BaconSalt and stir until well mixed.
Stuff peppers
generously with mixture.
Cover and bake
at 350 for 15-20 minutes
Or thanks to BaconSalt you can do the cooking in the microwave in about 90 seconds!
