As some of you may have noticed, we just changed our shopping cart. The previous provider we were using - who shall remain nameless, but you know who you are - had some nasty habits that precipitated our eventual breakup.
Like letting critical bugs remain unfixed for weeks at a time, yet telling us that it would be fixed in 24-48 hours whenever we called into tech support. Or never assigning us a dedicated support rep so that each time we talked to someone about a problem, we had to take 1/2 hour to explain everything about ourselves again. Or never notifying us about outages. Or having pieces of their software that never, ever worked and that they had no intentions of fixing. Or ticking off our customers on a regular basis.
We could go on (there's a lot more). But we're very happy with our new provider so far. If you have any feedback for us, we're always willing to listen, and so far, our new shopping cart has been happy to oblige when we've had suggestions. Happy shopping!
