Recipe: Bacon Salt Smoked Salmon Dip

Smokedsalmonspread I had this at my neighborhood's monthly poker party and it was AWESOME with Bacon Salt. I also took home $200, which made it doubly sweet.

  • ¾ lb Smoked Salmon separated finely with a fork
  • ¼ to ½ finely chopped sweet onion
  • 1 to 1 ½ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 to 1 ½ Block cream cheese (let soften and add to taste)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Peppered Bacon Salt (Hickory works just as well)

Mix all ingredients together - you can make this into a log or a ball and serve with your favorite crackers.
