We're sitting at the 13 Coins Cafe in Seattle, home of outrageously tall brown leather booths and fine 24 hour dining - it's really like an institution here. Corned beef hash with Hickory Bacon Salt might be one of the 5 best things we've ever combined Bacon Salt with. Delicious!
